Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The item must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need your order number.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchange
